Proper fit, supervision, and responsible use are essential. Devices should be used only as intended and with appropriate oversight from caregivers or care professionals when applicable.

Some devices we fabricate, including the Toddler Mobility Trainer (TMT), are based on open-source designs developed by partner organizations. Open Path Mobility Foundation does not claim ownership of these designs and serves as a local fabrication and delivery partner only.

While we take care in fabrication and delivery, Open Path Mobility Foundation cannot guarantee performance under all conditions and is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from use or misuse of any device.
